Training the next generation of economists
“The practical education I received as an intern at BHI was invaluable. I learned how to do meaningful research and developed my writing skills by contributing to real-world reports on current economic topics. The work I did at BHI introduced me to new areas of scholarship which informed my subsequent academic research, and above all, it was a delight to work with the talented faculty and staff.”
Cris Crawford,
Master of Science in Economics, Suffolk University, Class of 2014.
“BHI made me feel that my contributions were meaningful both for the Institute and for the larger free market movement. I never once felt like people were giving me work just for the sake of keeping me busy; I became an integral part of the incredibly talented team. The experience in editing, communications, and research I gained at BHI has proved itself invaluable to my professional growth.”
Katherine Lazarski,
Economics, Political Science, and Classics, Tufts University, Class of 2013.
