Hubwonk host Joe Selvaggi talks with Beacon Hill Institute President Dr. David Tuerck about The Beacon Hill Institute’s recent study of the proposed 4% surtax on incomes over $1 million in Massachusetts. According to the Institute’s STAMP model, the so-called “Fair Share Amendment” would cost the state’s economy jobs, disposable income and investment.
